SENSOR CHINA is one of Asia’s leading trade fairs for sensor and measurement technology, attracting 14,807 professional visitors and 335 exhibitors from key industrial and technology sectors in 2024. The delegation programme combines trade fair participation, professional networking, targeted matchmaking, and cultural activities, offering direct access to China’s dynamic sensor market.

- Midday: Transfers to the Smart Sensor Industrial Park in Jiading
- Early afternoon: Sensor+Test presentation to Industrial Park member companies
- Following the presentation: Networking between delegation members and local attendees
- Mid-afternoon: Guided tour of the Industrial Park and its exhibition hall
- Evening: Joint dinner with Chinese contacts at the forum hotel, followed by return travel to Shanghai
- Later evening: Potential informal drinks event hosted by Sensor China (to be confirmed)

Introduction to the Industry Zones
The Pinghu National-Level Economic-Technological Development Zone (PEDZ), established in 1996 in Zhejiang Province, is a national hub for advanced manufacturing, automotive, digital economy, and healthcare industries. It hosts more than 1,500 enterprises, including 27 Fortune Global 500 companies. With strong talent pipelines from leading universities, attractive policies for skilled professionals, and convenient access to Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Ningbo, PEDZ combines industrial scale with modern infrastructure and services.
The Shanghai Smart Sensor Industrial Park in Jiading District, launched in 2019, is China’s flagship cluster for sensor innovation and production. Covering the full value chain from design and testing to mass manufacturing, it began with 32 projects worth 24.8 billion yuan and by 2020 had already attracted over 300 enterprises. By 2025, the park is expected to host around 500 companies with annual revenues exceeding 5 billion yuan, making it a rapidly growing center of smart sensor technology.
