NanoSen has developed an innovative force sensor material, made of a specially developed polymer nanocomposite (PNC). The nanocomposite combines flexibility with robustness in a thin sensor configuration of only 0.4 mm. The newly developed NanoSen PNC force sensor kit material can measure 0.01N to 150N and the modular design of a force sensor exhausts scaling effects in manufacturing to offer a high-quality product at a low unit price. In addition, the force sensor material can be customized to adapt to a large portfolio of markets with high accuracy and low energy consumption.
