If you need to apply for a VISA, please get started right away!
We support your stay as visitor, exhibitor, delegate or speaker at the SENSOR+TEST 2026 / ETTC 2026 with an invitation letter. For this we need the following information from you:
a) Address field in the letterhead:
- Full physical name of the company
- Salutation and your full name
- Street, house number (no P.O. Box adresses)
- Postal code, city
- Country
b) Date of application:
c) Salutation and name:
d) Important details:
- Full name (as written in passport)
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- Stay (from... until...)
- Passport number
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date
As an exhibitor, please also fill out the following fields: - Company name
- Hall / Booth number
Finished! Please send the filled out invitation letter to Mrs. Heidemann:
heidemann@ama-service.com. You will receive it with signature and our company stamp as a pdf file as soon as possible. Please note: The invitation letter is only valid with signature and company stamp of AMA Service GmbH!
