Solutions for high-precision positioning of trim cuts for resistance adjustment in the range of < 0.01%. Industrial proven processes for the adjustment of resistances, capacitances or inductances using laser technology in combination with process systems from L-TRIS for high-precision, active or passive trimming of electronic circuits.
The interaction with in-house automation solutions helps to drive both throughput and yield to the maximum.
Together with our sister companies InnoLas Solutions and Proaut Technology we also supply systems and production solutions at the highest level for the areas of laser micro material processing, laser depaneling and laser drilling as well as the procesing and handling of semiconductor wafers.
