GTM's specialty is the measurement of forces and moments. We have been continuously setting metrological standards worldwide for years. With our solutions and services, we ensure that a Newton is a Newton everywhere in the world.

We see ourselves as a reliable and global partner when it comes to strain gauge-based precision transducers (force and torque transducers; multi-axis transducers) and systems, high-precision reference electronics or calibration services for forces and moments - all from a single source.

We started in 1988 with our first customer, now there are thousands worldwide. Add to that well over 50 patents and the design of both the largest and smallest force measuring device within DAkkS, as well as the most accurate lever ratio measuring device in the world.

We have accreditation as a calibration laboratory for force, torque and multi-axis transducers, as well as the voltage ratio of strain gauge amplifiers. We supply our measuring equipment to national institutes (NMIs), calibration laboratories and the manufacturers of strain gauge based transducers e.g. force and torque.

With our employees at the two locations Bickenbach (Germany) and Prague (Czech Republic) we strive daily for precision, innovation and make customer solutions always a bit more precise, safe and reliable!
