We make innovation possible
Bayern Innovativ - the "Gesellschaft für Innovation und Wissenstransfer mbH", established in 1995 jointly by representatives of Bavarian politics, business and science - is an important component of Bavaria's innovation policy. We focus in particular on small and medium-sized companies and startups. We enable them to implement their ideas more quickly and successfully by providing tailor-made innovation services.

Networks & Thinknet
Bayern Innovativ is the gateway to a vibrant innovation community: We link companies with universities and research institutes, important companies of the State of Bavaria, organizations supported by the State of Bavaria and many other technology and knowledge networks to form a strong think tank - the Thinknet Bayern. Thinknet Bayern combines experts and expert knowledge with modern methods of innovation management.
The networks focus on the exchange of information on new developments in technology-oriented topics such as digitalization, energy, health, materials and mobility as well as the transfer of knowledge with lesser-known - but no less important - sectors such as the cultural and creative industries. Our aim is to establish new connections and break new ground time and again. After all, innovations are created not least of all by the joy of dealing with the new.

Consulting & Promotion
Our powerful instruments for successful innovation management - such as technology transfer and trend and technology scouting - strengthen the innovative ability of our customers and secure long-term competitive advantages for them.
An important element of our daily work is to create transparency about funding opportunities and access to funding sources - at Bavarian, national or European level. In addition, we ourselves are the sponsor of several Bavarian funding programs. Our experts advise companies, research facilities and institutions on the most suitable funding programs for their future projects.
We provide equally competent advice on intellectual property rights, international projects or business models in the cultural and creative industries.

Events & Fairs
We organize large congresses, top-class working groups, workshops and coaching sessions and "Events 4.0". Many of our digital platforms and communication channels already use artificial intelligence.
By appearing at our events or at the joint exhibition stands organized by Bayern Innovativ, we actively support our customers and partners in marketing their products and in accessing and developing new markets.
