The electric balancer “Moon Lifter” of our Japanese Partner Unipulse is a completely new type of aid that allows you to handle objects with a heavy weight or awkward dimensions as if they were weightless. No keystrokes are required - the workpieces are only moved with the pressure of your hand.

As it senses and supports human touch, it enables stress-free and gentle movement. An “inertia canceller”, which cancels out the inertia of the workpiece movement, is included as standard. It is now possible to handle super-heavy objects more safely. In addition, you can work with both hands in balance.

An electric balancer, which lifts a workpiece from 10 to 480 kg and moves it with low force, operates at AC 100 to 110 V or AC 200 to 240 V with load sensor and servomotor. It supports the lifting and lowering of workpieces and constantly records the force and position. The “Moon Lifter” balances the weight of objects with a built-in servo motor to handle a heavy object as if its weight were zero. Vibrations are not generated.

The chain of the MLT is made of stainless steel and has a breaking load of 2 tons. The end of the chain has an eye hook shape as standard, but different lifting devices can be set for different requirements. It has also a handle that is perfect for work.
The lifting range is up to 4 m. There is also a dust-proof type, which is often used in areas such as casting, machining and welding, and an HACCP type, where the main body and the upper and lower hooks are made of stainless steel and lubricating oil is used for dust pans and food machinery.

The “Moon Lifter” sets new standards in handling technology and is an indispensable aid for anyone who values safety and efficiency in their positioning work.
