MimoSense is developing a new class of multimodal force sensors that function like digital skin. Our patented sensor technology uniquely combines piezoresistive and piezoelectric properties in an ultrathin, highly sensitive, and printable sensor. This allows for the simultaneous and precise measurement of static and dynamic forces.
This enables innovative applications such as contactless monitoring of vital signs through mattresses. Our first product, a wireless sensor pad, is currently being piloted in nursing facilities and veterinary medicine and measures vital data like heartbeat, respiration, weight, and pressure distribution – contactless, precise, and reliable.
Beyond that, our sensor platform unlocks a wide range of use cases in areas like robotics, wearables, and predictive maintenance.
