Wide Power Supply Range for Standard Kit Encoders
The product update for US Digital's kit encoder series came about because many customers ordered a large number of encoders together with PC3 cable drivers. In the analysis, it turns out that the standard encoders, which may only be supplied with a supply of 5 volts, are often the only part in industrial systems that still runs with the low supply. To simplify the use of the encoders so that they can be operated natively with 24 volts, the encoders of the E5, E6, S5, S6, H5, H5, HB5M and HB6M series are now available with the new internal component with the order option "H" (stands for single-ended high voltage).
