Electromagnetic near-field measurement with the NFS3000 allows the precise detection of weak electric and magnetic fields in the frequency and spatial domain with a resolution of one hundredth of a millimeter. This becomes possible because of the optical height scanning of the relevant system surface. This precise near-field measurement can be employed for the characterization and discrimination of possible sources of electromagnetic interference (EMI) in active systems.
