Optoacoustic measurement methods, radar measurement for spatially resolved moisture determination, magnetostrictive sensors and ultrasonic arrays

Below are the most important ISAT research results from the past year, which you can find out about at our exhibition stand:
1) Optoacoustic measurement technology for non-contact determination of acoustic attenuation and phase velocity to derive material properties
2) Broadband radar-based measurement and evaluation method for spatially resolved and salt-independent determination of moisture in masonry with improved data evaluation using artificial intelligence (machine learning)
3) Further development of our magnetostrictive measuring method for running ropes, e.g. for the contactless detection of rope abrasion or changes in rope cross-section
At our booth, we will be presenting our visitors with an interactive model for the acoustic 2D positioning of objects and their sensory detection. The model contains playful elements in the spirit of the European Football Championship, which starts at the same time as the trade fair. We will also be presenting our ultrasonic phased array for the spatially resolved detection of damage such as cracks or inclusions on large flat structures (structural health monitoring).
