PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The O2PPM_BOARD is a compact and lightweight board designed for oxygen measurement applications.
The board operates on a 24VDC power supply, consuming 200mA of current, and communicates via Modbus TCP/IP.
Its operating temperature range is from -20°C to 50°C, and it features a 24-bit delta-sigma ADC with PGA for high-precision measurements.
The board also includes a USB port for firmware updates, industrial output interfaces (4-20mA and RS485), 32Mbit of internal flash memory, and built-in temperature and humidity sensors with high accuracy (±1.0% RH and ±0.1°C for temperature).
Customization is possible via four DIP switches, and the user interface is managed through buttons and LEDs.
For oxygen measurement, the board offers two ranges:
1. a standard range of 0-500ppm O2 with an accuracy of ±0.5 ppm
2. an ultra-low range of 0-10ppm O2 with an accuracy of ±0.1 ppm.
The standard range can withstand overloads up to 1000ppm O2, while the ultra-low range is more sensitive, requiring longer purge times to achieve stable readings (e.g., 6 hours to reach <10ppm O2).
The expected operating life at 1000ppm O2 is over 18 months for both ranges.
The board is CE, FCC, RoHS certified.
