Our mission: Turn process data to value!
We are convinced that the collection, storage and correlation of data from chemical production processes is one of the most important cornerstones for making chemical production more sustainable and effective. With our inline sensor technology, we provide hard-to-acquire real-time data from inside the production plant. When correlated with other process data, this enables a deep understanding of the process as well as data-driven optimization and automation of production.
We sell an inline particle technology, consisting of optical image-based inline sensors and AI-based image analysis. With our sensors, particle flows (bubbles, droplets, crystals) in production systems can be tracked as if under a microscope, but directly in the apparatus. The images recorded with transmitted light have an unprecedented quality in terms of contrast, sharpness and distortion. The engineering of the sensor system is tailored towards demanding process conditions, which means that the sensor system can also be used in previously inaccessible processes over a long period of time. The product line: alnairON: measuring cell for crystallization and solid-liquid systems, naosIN: insertion probe for droplet and spray characterization.
The image analysis software somaWORKSPACE following on this is characterized by speed and precision. By using an AI-based algorithm and training with faultless image material, the image analysis is very well suited to detecting particle shapes and sizes, even with high dispersion densities. Noise such as contamination, blurring or fouling can be reliably detected. The analyzed particle data is generated in real time.
