FORCEBIT presents the TELbit — a fully integrated, plug-and-play wireless telemetry system for rotating shafts, combining strain measurement, temperature sensing, and rotational kinematics in one compact, balanced unit.

Where traditional telemetry systems require bulky inductive power coils, complex wiring, and extensive setup time, the TELbit offers a fundamentally simpler approach. The battery pack, wireless electronics, and signal conditioning are all integrated into a single housing that mounts directly onto the shaft — no inductive power loops, no custom balancing effort, no disassembly needed for charging thanks to a custom USB-C cable.

The TELbit supports up to five full-bridge strain gauge channels and one Pt1000 temperature channel, with a sampling rate of up to 4 kHz and 12-bit resolution. Angular position, velocity, and acceleration are included by default, enabling angle-dependent strain analysis and full torsional dynamics evaluation.
