VibroScan featuring revolutionary QTec® technology

Polytec GmbH presents the VibroScan QTec, a state-of-the-art optical vibration measurement system. Thanks to the innovative QTec® technology, it sets new standards in accuracy and efficiency. A multi-path interferometer significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio, enables precise measurements even on rough surfaces - without time-consuming averaging - and speeds up analyses tenfold.
For the first time, the QTec® technology has been transferred to a visible HeNe laser, which allows measurements with the highest resolution on the smallest objects and in media such as water - ideal for medical technology applications.
The VibroScan QTec Neo also offers fully automated solutions with RoboVib® and RotoVib®, which drastically reduce inspection times for complex components. It is 50 % more compact than previous models and is particularly user-friendly with AI-supported software.
