We develop and manufacture electrochemical gas sensors according to ISO 9001:2015 standards for both exotic and common toxic gases, providing exceptionally high quality.
As an independent company, Sensorix is end-to-end solutions partner in electrochemical gas sensing, offering not only sensors but complete solutions in close collaboration with OEMs. Our sensors are designed for industrial safety applications, providing high selectivity, stability, and reliability.
A particular focus is on long-term sensors based on ionic liquids. They are specifically developed for use in harsh environments such as exhaust gas and ventilation ducts and feature an extended sensor lifetime. The current LT-sensor portfolio includes a broad range of electrochemical sensors for indoor air and exhaust gas monitoring, including arsine (AsH₃), diborane (B₂H₆), fluorine (F₂), germane (GeH₄), hydrazine (N₂H₄), phosphine (PH₃), hydrogen selenide (H₂Se), ozone (O₃), and silane (SiH₄).
Many of these gases are used primarily in semiconductor manufacturing. In addition, we offer specialized sensors such as AsH₃ zero H₂, as well as sensors for NH₃, HCl, HF, TEOS, THT, and TBM.
