The new 3743G series acceleration sensors feature a differential output and meet the requirements of the automotive industry with outstanding performance and functionality.

The models feature variable MEMS capacitance technology for highly accurate measurements. With a wide input voltage range of 5 to 32 VDC, these sensors are particularly suitable for applications that require low-frequency and long-duration event measurement.

The sensors combine the advantages of a differential output (for common-mode noise suppression) with an easy-to-install screw-mount housing. The sensor can also be used in single-ended mode with any DC power supply.

Typical applications:
• Ride comfort studies
• Road load data acquisition (RLDA)

Two connector versions of series 3743G are currently available: the 3743G11 has an 8-pin M8 connector on the housing and the 3743G12 has an integrated cable.

Top features
• Excellent linearity for precise measurement
• Common mode noise rejection thanks to differential output
• Shock resistant up to 5,000 g
• Flexible thanks to dual-mode operation – differential or single-ended
• Ground-isolated stainless steel housing, IP 67 protection
