We are proud to introduce our new diborane sensors B2H6-C1 and B2H6/M-1, developed to meet specific customer requirements in safety-critical and high-precision environments.

Diborane (B₂H₆) is a specialty gas widely used in safety and process control applications, as well as in the semiconductor industry. In these fields, reliable detection at very low concentrations is essential.

Membrapor’s new diborane sensors offer a low measurement range of 0–1 ppm, enabling accurate and dependable monitoring where sensitivity is key.

The sensors are available in two formats:

- B2H6-C1 – Compact design (7-series)
- B2H6/M-1 – Miniature design (4-series)

Both variants are designed to deliver high performance in applications requiring precise low-level gas detection.
