With the new XP-NIR-SENSOR, Hellma Solutions introduces a process sensor for industrial process monitoring and inline analytics. The compact sensor integrates all components of a NIR spectrometer system into one robust device, enabling fast, precise, and reliable process analysis directly within ongoing production processes.

Based on advanced MEMS/InGaAs technology, the XP-NIR-SENSOR covers various wavelength ranges between 950 nm and 2450 nm, depending on the selected configuration. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be flexibly adapted to individual customer requirements and a wide variety of applications.

The sensor solution is particularly suitable for liquid analysis and demanding process environments involving higher temperatures and pressures. Industrial communication interfaces such as Ethernet-based systems, Profinet, OPC UA, as well as analog and digital I/Os, allow seamless integration into existing automation and process control systems.

Its robust design, available with stainless steel or aluminum housing options, ensures reliable operation even under harsh industrial conditions. At the same time, the compact design enables easy integration directly into production facilities and process lines.
