FORCEBIT showcases its flagship product at Sensor+Test — the FORCEbit wireless torque sensor, a patented solution that brings accurate torque and bending measurement to rotating shafts without couplings, shaft machining, or drivetrain modifications.

The FORCEbit acts as a high-sensitivity elastic element clamped parallel to the shaft, measuring deformation through precision strain gauges pre-calibrated and validated at the factory. The result is higher accuracy, better repeatability, and installation in under 15 minutes.
Because the FORCEbit does not carry load itself, it is inherently robust against non-torque forces and torque overloads. It also preserves the full load spectrum - no mechanical filtering - capturing torsional dynamics at up to 4 kHz with 12-bit resolution. Integrated rotational kinematics (angle, velocity, acceleration) are included as standard.

The mechanical spring element is designed for infinite fatigue life, and the technology is fully patented.
