FORCEBIT is proud to present the DOT at Sensor+Test — a compact, fully wireless tri-axial accelerometer designed for engineers who need fast, reliable vibration data without the complexity of traditional wired setups.
It mounts in seconds using double-sided tape, a magnet, or screws — no cabling, no complicated installation, no disruption to your machine due to its lightweight design.
Built on premium MEMS technology with a noise floor of 70 µg/√Hz and 16-bit resolution, the DOT captures tri-axial acceleration from 0 Hz up to 16 kHz. Unlike piezo-based alternatives, it measures down to DC — giving you gravity-based orientation information on top of full vibration data. Up to 6 DOT sensors can run simultaneously, all time-synchronized to within 10 microseconds, making it ideal for multi-point vibration testing on drivetrains, machine housings, and moving components.
With over 30 hours of battery autonomy and USB-C recharging, the DOT is ready to go wherever your test campaign takes you. Data is exported as CSV, fully compatible with MATLAB, Python, and Simulink.
