Mirion Technologies SELMIC has over 50 years of experience in packaging of various bare dies (MEMS, optical or any other ICs and devices). In addition to in-house manufactured Low-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramics (LTCC) substrates, we offer a variety of other ceramic (Al2O3, AlN, others) and other substrate materials (FR4, Rogers, Steel, others) to suit your packaging requirements. Additionally, we have used our ceramic substrates to create many passive sensing elements (coils, piezo electric and resistive elements, antennas, and more)
We have designed and manufactured various highly integrated active and passive sensors and detectors for demanding industries and environments (Medical, Military, Transportation) to measure and sense different substances for:
