With the Model 9000, Meatest offers a portable AC/DC multi-function calibrator with a basic accuracy of 60 ppm, which is sufficient for 3½ and 4½ digit multimeters and many other measuring devices. Compared to the previous model, the 9000 offers larger frequency ranges, capacitance functions and more resilient outputs. Other advantages are the convenient touch screen operation and connection terminals like those on a multimeter, so that cables usually no longer have to be swapped around during calibration.
