With the P.Touch, AMSYS GmbH & Co. KG presents an innovative pressure switch that combines modern design, user-friendly operation, and future-proof connectivity in a single device. Operated via a full-color touch display, the P.Touch allows switching with just a tap. Designed for demanding environments, it is resistant to hydraulic fluids and water, supporting relative pressures from 10 to 600 bar.

Its rotatable display and customizable color coding enable instant visual status checks – ideal for quick on-site assessments. At the same time, the built-in IO-Link interface allows convenient remote monitoring and control, making it perfectly suited for connected Industry 4.0 applications.

The P.Touch offers two switching outputs (200 mA each) for direct connection to standard relays or valves. An analog output is also available. Thanks to IO-Link, the device can be seamlessly integrated into existing sensor networks – even retroactively and across different manufacturers. This enables features such as predictive maintenance and centralized system control – no need for direct access to the plant.

The capacitive color touch display not only provides immediate feedback on control values but also offers intuitive menu-guided operation – no manual required. Freely programmable display colors enhance visibility of system status at a glance. Features such as adjustable hysteresis, window comparator, and other state-of-the-art options support a wide range of applications.

Rugged and versatile: The pressure port made of stainless steel 1.4404 and various seal materials ensure compatibility with aggressive media and temperatures from -25 to +100 °C. The device connects via G1/4" internal or external thread, and power supply (9–30 V) is provided through a M12 connector.
