Through our recent cooperation with Unipulse Corporation, the leading manufacturer of Torque sensors in Japan, disynet has now expanded its line of torque sensors. With the measurement range from 0.05 Nm up to 10 kNm, disynet can now offer torque sensors that are amongst the most precise on the world market!
The newest series of Unipulse torque sensors have achieved an accuracy of 0.03%, resolution of 0.01% and a safe overload of 500%. With additional features such as rotation speeds up to 40000 rpm for versions without bearings and a high bandwidth of 5 kHz, the wide range of torque sensors can be implemented in the most challenging applications.
In addition, the torque sensors have digital zero compensation function and are highly resistant to radial and axial loads. The torque sensors offer a wide selection of couplings with a variety of shaft options, including options such as rotary encoder, key groove, centring location type, square drive, etc. to allow flexibility in mounting.
Various types of torque display monitors are available to visualize the torque signal over time including hand-held and panel-mountable types. The display can be a simple digital display of the values or as a curve in wave form. Especially for the newest series of torque sensors, there is an easy-to-use USB interface for PCs available, allowing mobile measurement of torque.
Applications include motor test bench, engine test bench, power generation efficiency test, fault detection of conveyor belts, quality inspection of gearboxes and steering units, measurement of torque required to rotate feed rollers, torque measurement of mixers and screw drivers, sensory evaluation of levers or hinges, torsion testing of stiffness and performance of wire or cable, and so on.
