TESTING SERVICE
GJM has extensive experience and unique advantages in the testing field, with capabilities in
wafer testing, CSP testing, and final product testing. Through advanced testing equipment
and efficient solutions, we conduct comprehensive tests for sensors and automotive electronic
chips including inertial, pressure, magnetic, environmental, acoustic, optical, radio frequency,
and microfluidic sensors.

PACKAGING SERVICE
GJM possesses a complete assembly production line, which includes processes such as wafer
grinding, cutting, FOL processes like die bonding, wire bonding, coating, lid attach, and reflow
soldering, as well as EOL processes like injection molding, marking, and singulation. Assembly
products encompass various types such as LGA, QFN, Fan-out, SIP, and 2.5D/3D, catering to
the diverse requirements of sensor and automotive electronic chip applications in different
fields and environments.
