Piezoresistive high-temperature absolute pressure sensor chips have small size, good combined accuracy, which can withstand 300℃extreme high-temperature environment. The chips integrate Piezo-resistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge with an open-loop layout to facilitate subsequent compensation calibration.
