Piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor chips series are as small as 0.4mm X 0.4mm, with high sensitivity and good stability. The chips integrate Piezo-resistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge without the need for additional external resistors, and can be further calibrated with a conditioning chip.
