Piezoresistive differential pressure sensor chips have small size, high sensitivity and good linearity. The chips integrate Piezo-resistors to form a Wheatstone full bridge. The unique structural design significantly improves the measurement accuracy of the chip and can be further calibrated with a conditioning chip.
