With the STPS711 Throttle Grip Calibrator, CGS expands its portfolio of sensor calibration solutions with a powerful system for the automated calibration of a wide range of ride-by-wire throttle grips.

The STPS711 has been specifically developed for use in modern manufacturing environments. Its compact and modular design combines precise positioning, repeatable clamping technology, and automatic sensor validation to ensure a reliable calibration process with consistently high product quality – even in high-volume production.

Thanks to its modular architecture, the calibrator can be easily adapted to different product variants. Exchangeable fixture plates enable fast product changeovers, while pneumatic or electric clamping systems can be selected to suit the specific production environment.

The powerful software supports the entire calibration process, from sensor parameterization and calibration to final validation. Via its integrated TCP/IP interface, the STPS711 can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines.
