Axetris expands its laser gas detection portfolio with the LGD Compact Ultra, a new generation of ultra compact laser gas sensors designed for demanding OEM applications where size, robustness and performance are critical.

The LGD Compact Ultra supports a broad range of laser‑based gas detection applications, including methane (CH₄) leak detection, CH₄/C₂H₆ dual‑gas measurement, ammonia (NH₃) monitoring in livestock environments, CH₄/CO₂ gastrointestinal diagnostics and acetylene (C₂H₂) detection for transformer oil monitoring.

For applications requiring even higher precision, an optional Ultra+ variant is available. It delivers enhanced detection performance and improved concentration stability through advanced signal processing – without compromising response time requirements. This makes it particularly suitable for low‑level gas monitoring and measurement tasks with strict accuracy demands.

The platform is engineered to meet current and upcoming regulatory requirements, including EU methane regulations, with detection limits reaching down to 0.1 ppm CH₄.
