CeLaGo Sensors, a manufacturer of sensor elements based in Saarbrücken, Germany, is reorganising its strain gauge portfolio following the successful market launch of its new series of strain gauges.
The Saarbrücken based company, which was founded in 2017 and specialises in customised sensor elements based on thin-film technology, has successfully completed the market launch of its new strain gauge series in its strain gauge category. Following the successful launch, the superseded series will only be offered to existing customers in line with stock levels.
In addition to the improved performance, the size of the packaging units has also been changed. In future, 8 units will be offered in one pack instead of the usual 10. The aim is to conserve resources and fulfil customer requirements.
Compared to the old series, the new series is characterised by an improved zero point after application, an improved signal-to-noise ratio as well as an improved performance under the change of moisture. The combination of decades of proven adhesive technology and the tried-and-tested advanced thin-film strain gauges takes us to the next rung on the performance ladder. Together with the expertise of our customers, new applications in the fields of predictive maintenance, smartification of tools and robotics are being realised. Whenever g-factor 2 reaches its limits, CeLaGo Sensors enters the scene.
