Sensorix develops precise electrochemical OEM gas sensors for demanding applications and the detection of exotic toxic gases. With decades of experience in gas sensing, the German manufacturer supports OEMs worldwide with reliable sensor technology, including solutions for COF2 detection.
The new Sensorix COF2 gas sensor is a three-electrode electrochemical sensor designed for the selective measurement of carbonyl fluoride. It covers a measuring range of 0–2 ppm and achieves a response time of T90 ≤ 120 s after five minutes of gas exposure. The operating temperature range is −20 °C to +40 °C. With a sensitivity of 90 ± 40 nA/ppm, a stable zero baseline of less than ±20 nA, and linearity within 10% of the measuring range, the sensor delivers precise and reliable measurements.
Five sensor sizes – 4S, 7S, Mini, Classic 4-Pin, and Classic 8-Pin – support integration into a wide range of portable and fixed gas detection instruments. Custom formats are also available upon request.
