With VibroFlex, Polytec offers the flexibility of optical vibration measurement: Choose laser measurement heads with patented QTec® technology or others from the VibroFlex family. Use QTec® to measure with high resolution on large, complex objects such as machines or from a safe distance. VibroFlex provides answers to vibration-related questions in research and product development and is also designed for industrial use, for example for non-contact manufacturing inspection to ensure high cost efficiency.

Vibration Measurement for R&D
VibroFlex measures vibration phenomena non-contact and flexibly from DC to 24 MHz and detects the smallest vibrations in the sub-picometer range up to movements as fast as 30 m/s. The laser vibrometer measures reliably on all surfaces—whether dark, oily, shiny, or red-hot—as well as from a distance of over 500 m.

Configurable front-end with a selection of laser measurement heads
The modular VibroFlex laser Doppler vibrometer consists of the Connect front-end with a 7-inch touchscreen and a selection of laser-optical measurement heads. The Connect unit processes raw vibration measurement data—including amplitude, vibration velocity, and acceleration—and serves as both an input device and an interface for your measurement data, whether analog or digital. The modular system simplifies operation and parameterization without touching the sensor, thereby avoiding any interference with the measurement process. With the optional fully digital VibroLink data interface for VibSoft data acquisition, the vibration measurement system is ready for immediate use.
