The very high detectivity of up to 4.0 x 10E8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W is achieved by the pyro detector due to the chips with a thin film membrane made of ceramic pyroelectric material. The unique design of Micro-Hybrid enables the high read-out rate up to 100 Hz as well as the short response time for reliable measurement results in NDIR gas analysis.
