High resolution heat flux sensor – maybe the smallest sensor in the world; challenge us!

digid offers the possibility to provide customized heat flow sensors.
The thermal resistance (specific as well as the absolute value) of the sensors can be determined by the customer (almost) freely, so that heat flows can be resolved in a wide range with a high degree of accuracy. The sensors can be used in a wide temperature range from -80°C to 250°C. Sensor areas can be customized starting from only 0.4 mm². Flexible as well as rigid substrates are possible. The response time of the sensors depends on the setup and is typically in the range of milliseconds.
