The TD-9000T is a digital indicator for load management that supports two inputs, load (load cell) and stroke (displacement gauge). High-speed A/D conversion of 25,000 times/sec and equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen monitor for intuitive operation and excellent visibility.

Waveforms during measurement can be checked in real time. Widely usable from daily monitoring to verification of processing data. Equipped as standard with good/fail judgment and data recording functions, which are indispensable for press & press-fitting machine to be used mainly in the assembly of automotive parts, motors, and electronic parts. Various diagnostic functions, such as detection of cable break in load cells, overload, and control input/output check functions, are available. It also supports TEDS standard (IEEE 1451.4 Class 2 mixed-mode interface). In combination with TEAC TEDS compatible transducers, calibration of sensor sensitivity can be performed automatically by simply connecting the unit.
While being high-end, it is a high-performance model that realizes a low price based on expertise of TEAC in mass-production of audio products.
In addition to the conventional external input/output type “NPN (sink)”, we have expanded our product lineup by adding “PNP (source)” which is widely used mainly in Europe.
