The “TD-01 Portable” is the industry’s first portable digital indicator equipped with color graphic LCD, that connects with strain gauge based transducers. In addition to a full 5-digit display of +/-99999, it has a graph display function that shows changes in data as waveforms, a cable break detection function useful for checking sensors in the field or offline, numerical display of measured values, graph waveform display, and recording and comparison functions for various measurements. This is an epoch-making portable digital indicator with high functionality and high performance with excellent cost-effectiveness.

The portable design allows checking load cells built into equipment or measuring load values offline or in the field in combination with load cells. For field use, 4 AA batteries provide more than 24 hours operation and it can be USB bus-powered.
It also supports TEDS standard (IEEE 1451.4 Class 2 mixed-mode interface). In combination with TEAC TEDS compatible transducers, calibration of sensor sensitivity can be performed automatically by simply connecting the unit.
