Founded in Japan in 1960, New Cosmos Electric has been dedicated to eliminating gas accidents around the world for over 60 years and is now the world leader in gas leak detection and gas safety equipment.
We offer a variety of gas sensors and detectors that can detect a variety of gases, from flammable to toxic gases.
The applications for our detectors are almost limitless.
Our products are used in markets such as industrial gas safety, various plants, storage facilities, hydrogen stations, fuel cell vehicles (FCV), healthcare, and environmental measurement.
We are also the developer of the world's first fully battery-powered residential natural gas alarm with a 10-year warranty and have sold more than 70 million residential gas alarms worldwide. We have further expanded this technology to enable hydrogen detection in the same battery-powered design.
