IMS’s electrically adjustable BGS sensor use our innovative multi-element triangulation optical sensor ASIC
Working principle
Triangulation Sensor by using the position of the light spot on the sensor to calculate the distance of the background and target;
Triggered distance set electronically by buttons on sensor or by IO-LINK.
Performance:
1. Distance Set: 10mm – 500mm
2. Response time: 1mS
3. Black/White Difference:
10m-100mm, 2mm
100mm – 300mm, less than 10%
300mm- 500mm, less than 30%
