Mechanically Adjusted BGS Sensor

IMS’s Mechanically adjusted BGS Sensor using ISL7002A, a two-pixel photo ASIC specially designed for BGS Sensor.
Working principle:
By comparing the light intensity on two sensing PN detectors to determine whether the object is far or near.
Distance is set by mechanically adjust the base line distance between the emitter lens and the receiver lens.
Performance:
1. Distance Set: 10mm – 500mm
2. Response time: 1mS
3. Black/White Difference:
10m-100mm, 2mm
100mm – 300mm, less than 10%
300mm- 500mm, less than 30%
