Inductive displacement transducers with M30 male thread

The very precise, inductive displacement transducers have integrated supply and evaluation electronics.
The coil system and the electronic boards are installed in a screw-in threaded housing and completely encapsulated with a plastic compound. The continuous external thread M30 x 1.5mm allows a very easy mounting of the displacement transducers.
Due to the encapsulated design the protection class IP68 is achieved. It allows applications with shock loads up to 250 g SRS (20 - 2000 Hz) and vibration loads up to 20 g rms (50 g peak).
Standard measurement displacements of 5, 10 or 15 mm are converted into standardized output signals 0(4) - 20 mA or 0 - 10 VDC with 0.1 % measurement accuracy. As operating voltage 9 - 32 VDC are to be provided.
The freely movable plunger of the standard displacement transducer can be mounted by the user in such a way that the displacement is measured without contact and thus without wear.
Different mechanical variants, such as styli with return spring and bellows, fine styli with Ø 8 mm mounting shaft or ball joints on the plunger and housing are available. The electrical connection can be made either via a plug or a waterproof cable.
