Silicon photomultipliers (SiPM) are used for ultra-sensitive photon counting and timing measurements of faint and/or very fast optical signals such as scintillation- or pulsed-laser-light.
The new NUV-MT SiPM series combines a best-in-class PDE with excellent noise figures (DCR, CT, AP) enabling unprecedented performance in target applications, e.g. TOF-PET, photon-counting Xray/CT, radiation spectroscopy, IVDx, flow cytometry, and mining.
