Thermal Conductivity Hydrogen Sensors H2-meTCD 4-20mA, H2-meTCD 0-10V, H2-meTCD I2C, and H2-TCD I2C-I
Feb 21, 2025
Our hydrogen sensors H2-meTCD 4-20mA, H2-meTCD 0-10V, and H2-meTCD I2C combine low-power micro-etched thermal conductivity detectors with implemented electronic circuitry and provide 4-20 mA current signals, 0-10 V voltage signals, or I2C-bus signals, proportional to the hydrogen level. Hydrogen levels are detected with fast response and recovery times in various adjustable regimes such as 0-4 vol-% in air with 100 ppm resolution or 0-100 vol-% in binary gas mixtures. The analog-type sensors H2-meTCD 4-20mA and H2-meTCD 0-10V have an additional I2C bus data and clock connector which enables precise zero-point and gain adjustment and which also provides access to the internal EEPROM memory. The H2-TCD I2C-I sensor is only available as a digital version, in which two conventional, heated temperature transducers are used. They can be applied to measure 0-100 vol-% levels of hydrogen in binary gas mixtures and industrial temperature ranges.
