ENDEVCO's 8500 series miniature piezoresistive pressure sensors are designed to measure both dynamic and static pressure with high accuracy. The unique design of the MEMS sensor elements results in extremely high sensor performance, high resonant frequencies, exceptional linearity and repeatability and virtually no hysteresis.
Applications include the pressure measurement of brake lines of anti-lock braking systems (ABS) on motor vehicles, investigations of airbags and use in closed vessel tests.
All models have internal temperature compensation to generate stable and reliable measurement data within the specified temperature range.
