MSA-060 Micro System Analyzer

Polytec offers the MSA-060 Micro System Analyzer, a compact and modular optical vibration measurement system for the non-contact and highly accurate investigation of the vibration behavior of MEMS and microsystems, the analysis of component dynamics of precision mechanical components and the reliability of electronics. The entry-level solution of the Micro System Analyzer family helps to determine resonance frequencies and vibration amplitudes and visualizes the vibration shape of samples over the entire surface.

In the case of sensors and actuators, the component behavior of the MEMS is crucial for their performance. The MSA-060 provides important insights for understanding and optimization, closing the gap between design, simulation and manufacturing.

The MSA-060 is equipped with different magnifications for non-contact vibration analysis. The powerful VibSoft-PRO data acquisition system supplements the measuring system with a reference channel and signal generator. The optional xy-table enables scanning of entire sample surfaces and thus provides real-time vibration data with picometer resolution on an extended bandwidth from DC to 24 MHz.
