LILIKOI innovation introduces the patent pending Smart Bracket sensor family to support the needs of smart warehousing and automation equipment builders.

These novel, full bridge, strain gauge force transducers were developed specifically for 'plug and play' in integration into Aluminum Slotted Extrusion systems. Smart Brackets are a direct drop-in replacement for conventional extrusion hardware, enabling structural force feedback, position, process control, safety and machine learning capabilities.

With initial SB20 and SB30 configurations, for 20mm and 30mm extrusion sizes, Smart Brackets provide high accuracy force feedback from 2kg to 100kg capacity with non-linearity error below 0.1% R.O and high overload capabilities.
