COAT-X is making available its CVD and PE-CVD coating technology with best-in class coating machines for the deposition of Parylene hermetic thin films, ceramics transparent protection coating and superhydrophobic nanocoatings.

The coating machines integrates the lates know how of COAT-X for the surface activation and low temprature deposition process of polymer or ceramic thin films.

The large deposition chamber (for example 400L) and the full process automation allows excellent productivity and process stability. Complex deposition recipes are specifically developed and implemented by the engineering team of COAT-X tp match application specific technical specifications.
